- Career Stereotypes in Year 7
- Enterprise Challenge in Year 8
- OXLEP Careers Fest and Take Your Child to Work Day in Year 9
- Post 16 Options activities and work experience in Year 10
- Making applications in Year 11
- Professional practice week in Year 12
- Morrisby Profile testing in Year 12
- UCAS applications in Year 13
- Apprenticeship and employment support in Year 11 and Year 13
- One to one personalised careers meetings with a qualified independent careers adviser for all Year 11 students and those in any year group on request.
Students have access to a range of careers resources in the Careers Hub in the school library and via a dedicated careers website on the student portal. All students have a Morrisby Careers account and access to many other resources including EClips and the National Careers Service.

We work with a range of partners to deliver our programme including Adviza, Activate Learning (City of Oxford College), Abingdon and Witney College, training providers, universities, volunteers from the business community and the Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP). We work closely with our Enterprise Co-ordinator and Enterprise Adviser to achieve the Gatsby Benchmarks.
