If you have a good idea of the type of work or career you would like to embark on, another option is to explore whether there are apprenticeships . Try to go to apprenticeship open days and events locally. There are opportunities to meet employers and training providers. Look out for information in school about these events, on the careers noticeboard and in the sixth form centre, you can also ask Mrs Bennett or Mrs Lanczak.
